About Me
I am Quinten Luyten, an Electrical Engineer born in Belgium and living in the Netherlands. I have graduated cum laude from the TU Delft in my MSc Electrical Engineering, with a specialization in microelectronics (integrated circuit chip design). I focused on digital and analog electronics and IC manufacturing. I love to spend my spare time on engineering projects, about which you can find more here on this website. I am an enthusiastic inline skater, and I want to help the world transition to a greener future where society does not rely as much on fossil fuels. I am currently working for AAC Clyde Space as a PCB designer and Electronics Engineer.

I extracted the chip from my debit card, built an antenna out of copper wire, and placed the two in the bezel of my watch. Now I can pay with my "dumb" watch as if it is a smartwatch! It is very discreet as the modification is not visible from the outside.
